    Really a great company and I had a great experience with my rep, Mike. They were quick to get me onto the schedule and even came on a Saturday on Labor Day weekend which I greatly appreciate. He walked me through the project what was needed the fees and did the whole project on the spot. Really helpful and good work

    My garage door wire came off and the entire garage went off kilt and two wheels came off. the garage door would not close. I contacted Steve and within 30 minutes he was at my residence. Mind you this is Sunday at 5:30pm. Steve told me he would have it completed within 35 minutes. I thought there was no way he would have it done that quickly. Boy was I wrong he was done in less than 30 minutes. The job was done excellent and I couldn't be happier. Steve is the real DEAL!!! I will be calling him in the future. Great customer service!

    Steve is an exemplary example of great customer service! He has serviced my garage door and installed a new garage door opener in the past (2021 and 2022)--excellent service each time. He was here in less than 2 hours after I called for service recently. He explained options and prices. He is a honest and not pushy.     My garage door springs were broken. It took one hour from my phone call to the repair being completed. It was after hours too and they responded immediately. The price was very reasonable. This is the second time I've used this company and I definitely recommend them.
